    Hi.

    I'm sorry that happened. At this point (after 1 month and trying to contact them), I would leave a negative rating. It will warn off future traders. You can always remove it if they come through for you. Unfortunately, that is the only thing you can do at this point.

    Hi!

    Under the "my trades" tab you click on the star icon under the "rate" column. Then enter a "good", "neutral", or "negative" rating and a small message.
